What should I wear? Do I need to dress up ?
It is a fun night, so dressing up is defiantly encouraged, but wear clothes that are comfortable to dance in. Not everyone comes in retro attire, and we recommend a smart casual dress code, with a hint of 70's/ 80's chic.
Is there any parking?
There’s no car park but on-street parking is fairly easy to find
What are the age restrictions ?
21 and over
Do you really go on to 1am? Is it still busy later on?
yes we do, and plenty of people stay which makes the evenings atmosphere great.
I am bringing a group of friends – can I reserve a table?
We have changed our policy and the smaller tables cannot be reserved. One or two of the larger tables may be reserved if you have a particularly large group attending. The minimum group size is presently 20, this is on a first come basis as we have limited tables we can reserve. Please contact rivoliballroom@Live.com
When is the the last entry policy ?
This is 11pm even if you have a ticket, you may not be guaranteed access to the ballroom if you arrive after 11pm. Plus why would you want to miss out on all the fun.
How much is the admission charge?
Advance online tickets are £16 + agency booking fee (£1.60 per ticket)
We also have paper tickets that can be purchased at the Rivoli Ballroom in advance these are £16 each (no booking fee) but would need to be collected.
£17 on the door (if available).
Do I need to book tickets in advance?
We always advise booking in advance, especially if you are attending as a group party. As some nights we do sell out completely. Tickets can be purchased online , Or advance paper tickets can be purchased from the Rivoli Ballroom, (these need to be collected) please email rivoliballroom@Live.com for more info.
Is there a bar?
Yes and on busier nights we will try to have 2 bars open
Do you have a cloakroom?
Yes we have a cloakroom, to store an item or coat is a £1 fee. We are not responsible for any contents, and advise to take all valuables with you.
Any lost tickets for items the owner may need to wait until the end of the evening to redeem them.
Any lost property the maximum compensation is £80.00
I cannot attend now, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately we do not do ticket refunds or transfers
